This workshop for the medical lab technologists in India is first of its kind. I personally feel that the organization of such workshops will bring out a revolution in the field of medical lab. Such type of workshops should be conducted periodically both on a state as well as on the national level.

The paramedical field is the backbone of medicine. The trained and the competent paramedical staff, would not only be skilled in performing the tests and giving the accurate pathological results but they would also strengthen the quality of health care in India.

one more thing…….
Technicians. Since none of the organizations (eg. MCI, Nursing ,Council) provide registration to them nor do they certify them ,thus in the absence of guideline they stand aloof and confused. No rules and regulations are set forth for the medical tech. We should strive hard to frame .
